Instructions for Authors

ACIRS 2023 invites researchers and engineers from all related disciplines to submit research papers. All submissions are peer reviewed.

Policy on Plagiarism
All papers submitted to ACIRS 2023 will be checked for plagiarism (including self-plagiarism). If a paper is found to fall in the category of plagiarism, the paper will not be reviewed and automatically rejected. Even if a paper is accepted and paid for registration, the program committee has a right to reject the paper and will not publish the paper in the proceedings. Please note that a list of authors of the papers identified in the category of plagiarism will be forwarded to the IEEE.

Paper Submission
Technical papers must be submitted via Link to ACIRS 2023 Submission before the deadline. Only PDF files will be accepted for review.



Points for Attention

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. 
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published

▶ Author - present your work and publish the paper in conference proceedings. Submit Full-length Manuscript.
▶ Presenter - only present your work on ACIRS 2023. The presented speech will NOT be published.

Important Deadlines for Authors

Submission of Full Papers: February 15th, 2023
Acceptance Notifications: March 15th, 2023
Registration Deadline: April 5th, 2023
Conference Period: July 7th-9th, 2023


Papers must be written in English.
Paper should be at least full 4 pages and at most 10 pages. 
Paper should follow the IEEE double-column format
Only full-length submission will be considered for publication review.
